Mr. DC Honorary VIP Dr. Sambhu Banik retired Professor at Bowie State University,
MD, USA Health on Human Rights Issues. Dr. Banik was the Executive Director, President’s Committee
on Mental Retardation at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC. Rights of
the individuals with Mental Retardation (Intellectual Disabilities). Dr. Banik studied Clinical Psychology at
University of Bristol, PhD. Dr. Banik studied Psychology at Calcutta University, India, studied Science at

Vidya Sagar Collge, Calcutta, India. Dr. Banik worked with and for the Presidents of the United States in
various positions and the former Mother Theresa. To be honest, there is no one that hasn’t worked or
dined with Dr. Sambhu Banik. There’s not enough room to add all of Dr. Sambhu Banik’s accolades here
