DR. DENNIS HUMPHREY

Over the past 27 years, Dr. Humphrey has been involved in the fields of organizational change, organizational development, operations management, leadership improvement, and human resources management. He spent those 27 years in management and executive roles identifying corporate barriers to improvement, workforce improvement, and redirecting corporate cultures which include designing leading-edge programs for high potential development, leadership talent identification, team dynamics, and facilitating instructor-led and virtual sessions across organizational lines. Over the course of the years, he has provided executive coaching to individuals in strategic positions ranging from management level employees to C-Suite executives. Dr. Humphrey provides a multi-level approach to coaching, cognitive restructuring events, and theoretical and experiential approaches to employee development, succession planning, and human resource implementations (i.e., employee engagement, diversity metrics, and talent management). Dr. Humphrey achieved a Masters’ degree in Organizational Development/Behavior and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. As a 22-year veteran Signal Officer of the Armed Services and with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business Management, he also is a subject matter expert in software and human performance systems. His most recent publication is the book entitled ‘We are NOT Equal’. Now, as the host of ‘The Better Psyche of Life’ on Fox5-GTV, Dr. Humphrey shares psychological insights into better living.
